Fabrication

Die Cut StickersWilliams Industries also has fabrication capabilities. Some of Williams' fabrication services include:

Heat Bending: We do heat bending on all different types of plastic sheet materials. From Styrene to PETG and also Acrylic. Gauges vary but generally from .015 up to ¼" thick. The length of the bend can be up to 4 feet long or longer if needed.

Laminating:

  1. Applying specialty pressure sensitive adhesives to the backs of our printed sheets.
  2. Thermal over laminates that get applied to the face of the printed sheets. These over laminates can be gloss or textured or satin finish and are generally made from PET or OPP Thermal Laminates.

Grommetting: We can assemble small eyelets (1/8") or the larger size grommets (½" or larger) in Brass or anodized finish colors.

Assembly: We provide all kinds of assembly work: Gluing, Attaching, Folding, Nuts & Bolts Assembly, Stapling, Polybagging, Shrink-wrapping, etc.

Kit Packing & Collating: We can collate multiple items and kit pack them in one convenient carton for you're in store signage needs.
