e circle™ Recycled Products

e circle™ logo

e circle™ product is made with post industrial recycled material. Many plastic products are needed for durability, even though they will only be used for a short time period. For example, a promotional dangler (like the one below) often has completed its use within 1-2 months. It then is disposed in a landfill where it will take up space for years. Using e circle™ recycled plastic products not only provides the needed durability, but also reduces the amount of plastic waste in landfills! e circle™ recycled material is good for heat bending, printing, and other applications.

How does it work?

e circle™ dangler

Recycled plastic material is plastic that has been used and then is reprocessed for future use. It requires a more intensive reprocessing process in comparison to other materials. As with most recycled products, there is a broader range of physical properties and color shifts which can cause a varying in product appearance. This is due to the mixing of similar materials when they are going through the recycling process. Some of our e circle™ recycled materials can be offered in varying degrees of recycled content to help minimize uncertain product results.

Where it works.

e circle™ material can be used to create many products. The targeted use and look of the product should be considered when deciding to use e circle™ for your product.

Why e circle™ products?

Certain recycled plastics have less air emissions, use less energy, and generate less solid waste than their virgin plastic counterpart. Typically Recycled PET Plastic uses 11 million BTUs of energy per ton while New Virgin Plastic uses 70 million BTUs of energy per ton (based on statistics from a 2006 Sustainable Packaging Coalition PET technical brief). This is just one example of how using recycled materials can help reduce the environmental footprint of a company.

Depending on the recycled materials of the original substrate the following attributes could apply to the e circle™ product of your choice.

New e circle™ products are being reviewed each day in order to expand your recycled choices.

Disclaimer: The level of recycled material in e circle™ products is dependent on the characteristics used to produce the final product and packaging along with how they are disposed. All e green™ products and packaging should be disposed of as recommended by your state or local government.
